No time to go to the gym? Don’t want to pay for a gym membership? … This no equipment workout is for you. Requiring no equipment and just 20 minutes of your day, there really is no excuse! You’ll be sweating, aching, and hating me for the struggle, but girl you’ll feel the benefits! Complete each exercise for the required reps, and go straight into the next exercise. Take a minimum of 1 minute break between sets so your heart rate stays high. Enjoy! xxx
