4 Free Workout Apps You Need To Know About
I’ve spoke about workout apps on my blog a few times before. As someone that got into ‘fitness’ with absolutely no previous knowledge, they were a great way for me to learn and stay motivated without spending money. New workout apps are always being created, most of the time better than the previous! There’s been a few new ones that have come into my radar recently, so i thought i’d share them with you.
This app allows you to work with expert trainers who will help you reach your fitness goals. Each workout can be easily tracked, and you can also find lots of free workouts on there that will guide you.
JEFIT is full of thousands of routines sorted by targeted body part. It comes complete with detailed instructions, a workout planner, exercise log, progress tracker, numerous timers and options and synchronization with your profile. There is both a free, and pro option to choose from.
Stuck for time? The 4 Minute Workout app is for you. Based on the Tabata method of exercising you’ll be doing super high intensity exercises for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. No equipment is needed and this style of workout is said to be just as effective as an hour long run on the treadmill. Try 4 rounds for an intense workout!
I’ve spoke about this one before, but it really is perfect for any girl who wants to find a free workout plan. With the power to decide the total length, days per week & over all goal this is the ideal app! Most of the plans on there are created by top personal trainers & fitness experts so you are guaranteed to see results! I love the Lee Labrada 12 week lean body daily trainer – It’s intense, but my god does it work!
